Use the roll calculator on our homepage. It adds 10 cm per drop for trimming and allows for each pattern's repeat. If you have not hung wallpaper before, add one roll.

Drops of a patterned paper have to line up with the drop beside them, so part of each roll is cut away. Terrazzo and Awning waste almost nothing. Scaffold, with a 104 cm half-drop repeat, wastes the most.

Not at the moment. Each product page shows a flat photograph of the print and a photograph of it on a wall. If colour matters to a scheme, order one roll first: unused rolls in their original wrap can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Not exactly. Each order is printed as one batch, and colour can shift slightly between batches. Order every roll a room needs at once.

We print to order and dispatch within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7 to 12 business days in the United States and 10 to 20 elsewhere. Details are in the Shipping policy.

$12 per order in the United States, free on US orders of $150 or more, and $28 per order everywhere else. Every order is tracked.

Possibly. Duties and taxes depend on the rules of the country the parcel enters, including the United States. They are not included in our prices and, if charged, are collected by the carrier.

Away from water, yes: on a wall that does not get splashed, in a room that is ventilated. Not behind a basin, sink or hob, and not in a shower room. It is paper, printed to look like tile in the case of Mosaic, not tile.

A ready-mixed paste made for non-woven wallpaper, rolled onto the wall. You do not paste the paper and you do not need to leave it to soak.

Yes. Non-woven paper strips off dry in whole drops on a sound, primed wall. Walls that were not primed, or were papered over flaking paint, will bring some of the wall with them.

Email us as soon as you can. If printing has not started we cancel it and refund in full. Once your rolls are printed, the returns terms apply instead.

Do not hang it. Email photographs of the roll and its label to info@hantelix.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. See the Refund policy.
