Who we are

This policy explains how AHE CREATION GROUP LIMITED, trading as Hantelix ("we", "us"), of Flat/Rm 2502B, 25/F, K Wah Centre, 191 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, collects and uses personal information when you visit hantelix.com or buy from us. We are responsible for that information. Questions go to info@hantelix.com.

What we collect

Order information: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number if you give it, the items you buy and your order history.
Payment information: handled by our payment processors. We see the card type, the last four digits and the outcome of the payment, never the full card number.
Messages: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.
Device and usage information: your IP address, browser, pages viewed and how you arrived, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

To take, print, deliver and support your order, including returns and faults.
To answer your messages.
To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
To understand how the site is used and improve it, and, where you have agreed or the law allows, to measure and show advertising.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the store: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, the printer that produces your rolls, and carriers and fulfilment partners who deliver your order, and advertising and analytics providers for site measurement. We do not sell your name, email or address lists. Where the law in your region treats sharing for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing", you can opt out on our Your privacy choices page.

Cookies

We use cookies that the site needs to work (such as your cart), and, where permitted, cookies for analytics and advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking the necessary ones may stop the cart and checkout from working.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order and any returns or claims, and then for the period required by tax and accounting law. We delete or anonymise other information when it is no longer needed.

International transfers

We are based in Hong Kong and our service providers operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in, with safeguards our providers apply.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict some uses, and to withdraw consent. Email info@hantelix.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
