30 days to change your mind

You can return unused rolls within 30 days of the date they were delivered. A roll can be returned if it is still in its original film wrap and has not been cut, pasted or hung. Because every roll is printed to order, we cannot take back rolls that have been cut or hung, unless they are faulty.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@hantelix.com with your order number and the rolls you want to return.
  2. We reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have them; parcels sent to our registered office cannot be accepted.
  3. Send the return with a tracked service and keep the tracking number.

What we refund

Once the return reaches us and we have checked it, we refund the price of the returned rolls to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Any shipping charge paid on the original order is not refunded, and return shipping is paid by you, unless the rolls arrived damaged, misprinted or not as described.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong rolls

Please unroll and check every roll before you cut or hang any of it. If a roll arrives damaged, misprinted (for example with streaks, missing ink or a pattern that does not line up with the next roll) or is not what you ordered, email info@hantelix.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the label on the roll and photographs. We will reprint and send a replacement at no cost, or refund you in full including shipping if you prefer. You do not need to return a faulty roll unless we ask you to.

After hanging

We cannot accept claims for rolls that have been hung, except for faults that could not have been seen before hanging. Slight colour differences between separate orders are expected, because each order is printed as its own batch; see our FAQ.

Your legal rights

This policy does not reduce any rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
