Where we ship
We ship to the United States and to most other countries. A small number of destinations cannot be served; if yours is one of them, checkout will not offer a shipping rate and you will not be charged.
What it costs

The rate is per order, not per roll. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
When it arrives
Every roll is printed to order. We aim to dispatch within 5 to 7 business days of your order. Delivery then usually takes 7 to 12 business days in the United States and 10 to 20 business days elsewhere. These are estimates, not guarantees; carriers and customs can add time. You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Duties and taxes
Import duties or taxes may apply when a parcel crosses a border, depending on the rules of the destination country, including the United States. They are not included in our prices or shipping rates and, if charged, are collected by the carrier. Please check your country's rules before ordering.
On arrival
Rolls are shipped in card tubes, each roll wrapped in film. Check the tubes on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier, then unroll each roll and check it before cutting. If anything is damaged, misprinted or missing, email info@hantelix.com within 7 days; see the Refund policy.
Address and delivery problems
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because an address was incomplete or not collected, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; the second shipping charge may be payable.
