1. Who you are dealing with

hantelix.com is operated by AHE CREATION GROUP LIMITED, trading as Hantelix, a company registered in Hong Kong with its registered office at Flat/Rm 2502B, 25/F, K Wah Centre, 191 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Contact: info@hantelix.com.

2. Using this site

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. Do not misuse the site, try to access it without permission or interfere with its operation.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Roll sizes, repeats and weights are approximate. Colours vary between screens and slightly between print batches, so your rolls may differ a little from the photographs. Room photographs are illustrative.

4. Prices

Prices are in US dollars, per roll. Shipping is charged at the rates in our Shipping policy and shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes, where a destination country charges them, are not included. If we list a price in error, we will tell you before we dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. Because rolls are printed to order, you can cancel only until printing has started. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; if we do, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through our checkout's payment processors. We do not see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you when we have received payment in full.

8. Returns and faults

You may return unused rolls within 30 days of delivery, and we will put right rolls that arrive damaged or misprinted, as set out in our Refund policy.

9. Use

Follow the hanging guidance on our Care & Materials page. Our wallpaper is for interior walls away from water and is not suitable for splash zones or shower rooms.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

11. Intellectual property

The wallpaper designs, photographs and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy or reproduce them without permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
