Terrazzo, Chalk

Stone chips of mixed sizes, scattered the way they sit in the terrazzo on old stairwells and shop floors. The chips run from about 5 mm to 25 mm, so the pattern reads as texture from the doorway and as individual stones at arm's length.

Random match means nothing to line up at the seams, so very little paper is cut away. It is a print on paper, not stone; it will not look like a real terrazzo floor in raking light, and it is not meant to.

• Colours: Grey, ochre and rust chips on warm white

• Roll: 52 cm × 10 m (20.5 in × 32.8 ft), about 5.2 m² (56 sq ft) before pattern matching
• Paper: non-woven base, printed with water-based pigment inks, matt finish
• Hanging: paste the wall; strips come off dry in one piece when you redecorate
• Cleaning: wipeable, not scrubbable
• Printed to order and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days; approx. 0.9 kg per roll, shipped in a card tube
